The designs are printed on recycled paper, are A5 when folded, (height)152mm x (width)115mm. 

The seeds are Poppies, Cornflowers, Forget-me-nots and Daisies all sourced from the UK. 

Blank inside for your own message. They come with a brown recycled envelope.
